This weekend we threw a surprise party for Pam. A lot of planning was done only to have to rearrange all them at the last minute when she was called into work on Saturday morning. Our backup was the old "I left my wallet at your house" trick which was how we lured her to the party.

These pictures are all pretty worthless because____________________. The real treat will be when I develop all the film inside the box cameras I set out for the party. Some real gems are in those boxes. I know it.

WorkOut played last night. It was like being back at the rusty nail except for way more fully realized. Get it? This shit is no 90210. Jack made some good debate references because it was an Obama fundraiser after all. Forbsie was making some smooth Carlos Santana faces. Gramps was a force to be reckoned with per usual and newbie Tim Traynor had some pretty sweet drumstick moves.

Life feels like Life again now that WorkOut's back in town.

Ghetto Birthday

26 is a tough age, because birthday candles come in packs of 25. This means you have to buy TWO packs of birthday candles (which in itself holds symbolic significance)and then you only use ONE candle from the second pack. Thats when youre like, eff this, I'm just going to buy those number candles instead.

Something about the band High Places annoys me. I really like their music though, so I can clearly stomach whatever it is thats rubbing me the wrong way - like this music video, which is like summer camp on acid.
