Sunday Drive
Bear Mountain is the perfect Sunday drive destination. Located just about an hour and a half outside of the ol'apple, Bear Mountain's winter magesty is irresistable, even to the most ci-tay of city slickers. The hill is threaded with several trails that unanimously lead to breathtaking vistas of the Hudson. If hiking isnt your cup of hot chocolate, lace up some skates and hit the rink (located at the park's activity center) and do your best Michelle Kwan. If you find your ankles a bit sore after a couple laps, take a break and people watch. There's nothing like watching an angry dad yelling at his daughter who can't stay on her feet. And if the entire Bear Mountain experience isnt the perfect sundae treat, then throw a cherry on top and head on over to Iona island. This little sanctuary is possibly the closest place to heaven on earth (other than Seattle of course). Visitors will enjoy bird watching across a vast marsh while basking in the pleasant calm of a winter's dusk.

We Had Another One of These Nights
It was Ryan's birthday, so we headed to Korea Town. If this is the first time you are hearing about the lovely little village that is Korea Town, please see previous posting, "Next Stop: 38 Black Out Street, Karaoke Town, Lil Korea."
Warming up facial muscles for first performance.
Best break out performance went to Emily, who sang a wonderful duet with Grandpa.
More facial exercises.
Please note the girl's eyes to the right of pam.
Is this a Pantene commercial? Check out that volume and shiiiine!
The next day I apologized to Ryan, explaining to him that I was aware of the locust-like qualities our group of friends possesses. He said it wasn't a problem because hanging out with us is like hanging out with ten of him. Does that make any sense?
